For more than 25 years, Kara Green has been helping patients love their skin again. As the face of Skinetics®, she channels her aesthetic expertise and innate ability to connect with others into every patient interaction. Kara specializes in translating her patients’ concerns and goals into comprehensive and intuitive skincare regimens and result-oriented treatment plans. For her, restoring patients’ natural beauty and—ultimately, their confidence—feels more like a gift than a job.

When Kara isn’t educating patients or developing clinic-grade skincare products, you will find her cooking for her family, enjoying a glass of wine, or browsing the aisles of Homegoods for her next decor find.
ANNIE PRIEM
Patient Coordinator
Annie Priem gifts the Skinetics team with more than 30 years of extensive experience in the cosmetics and medical esthetics industries. After earning a degree in cosmetology from the Essex Agricultural and Technical Institute in Boston, Massachusetts, Annie accepted a competitive stylist position at one of the top salons in Boston. Desiring a new challenge, Annie relocated her business to the ocean-side city of Newport. Her absolute dedication to her clients quickly earned her a growing client list and reputation for quality service. On any given Saturday, you might find her reading, taking a Pilates class, enjoying a long walk with her two sons and two dogs, or cooking a delicious meal.
DR. CARY D. NELSON

Dr. Cary D. Nelson is a board-certified family practitioner, aesthetic and medical concierge. He earned his undergraduate degree in Psychobiology at the University of California, Los Angeles, in 1993. His medical school journey includes a degree from the Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara, completion of a Fifth Pathway Program at New York Medical College, and an internship at Wycoff Heights Medical Center in affiliation with Cornell University. He eventually transferred to the PIH Family Practice Residency Program, Presbyterian Intercommunity Hospital in Whittier in 2005 and finished as co-chief resident. It was during his second year there that he found his passion for what was then a “new” field of medicine called Aesthetic Medicine. Dr. Nelson is dedicated to providing safe and effective aesthetic procedures utilizing leading edge technology. When he’s not working, Dr. Nelson enjoys spending time with his wife and his animals, working out, and traveling.
